My boiler stopped working and I tried a few companies and they all said they were too busy I saw Champion Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Matt was his name and he was brilliant came out the next day and said it was my pump so got it ordered and came out and fitted it within 2days. Asked for shower riser kit replacement. Email communication with Matt, with photos and link to replacement shower kit to be fitted. Expected date delayed due to need for tiling. On the day another member of the team came out and declared that he cannot do it. When asked about a follow up date I'm told they cannot do it. An enormous waste of time overall. Additional comment: I am editing my review in response to Matt's response below. 1. In terms of mismatch in style: that's obviously for the owners to decide, I don't ask your advise regarding the aesthetics of tiles. 2. Unpaid invoice: delivering poor service is one thing, bending the truth about a customer is quite another. I had some radiator valves installed, one of them leaked and caused the footboards to warp. You came out to repair that and look at damp damage in a ground floor kitchen below the bathroom. Subsequently, you send me a bill of Ā£60 for looking at a shower and telling me the mastic needs replacement (during a visit to repair the leak you caused). The bill was waived when I asked about paying Ā£60 for a one sentence piece of advice and sending you a bill for the floorboard repair. Waiving the bill was your choice.
